What Light Fitting?

Title sums it up really, ive setup a 1ft cube tank i had for some shrimps and possibly an odd dwarf fish or something but for now my main barrier is the lighting.

I currently have no light unit for it and was curios what people would suggest, Im planning on putting cherry shrimps in there too just fyi.

If i could be pointed in a general direction of a better unit id greatly appreciate it if you have had some expirience with picking units yourself.

Hi,
I'm using an arcadia arc pod on a similar size tank.
I really like it, the bulb has been going for over two years now!
The lamp gives of a clean white light with a blue tinge, basic plants also grow very well under it
And the enclosure is splash resistant so it works well on an open top tank.
