After a previous thread about weather or not to purchase a power head I have decided to but I don't know which power to go for 
my tank it a 180 litres and currently have a aqua one 1050 external filter so there's 1000lph turn over already, I'm I correct in thinking around 10x the tank size is correct? So say around the 800 mark?
