Fish are fine, and yup not a single word. Upon confrontation, he said he thought it was the 19th (which is our anniversary only in July ) so when asked what his big plans for the 19th were I was informed that he hadn't decided yet because he still had time and had I told him it was the 14th he would've planned something for then. Apparently if you forget when it is then that's the end of it.

I can't even bring it up...he's mad at me for not telling him because "You know I forget that stuff"

Sorry to hear that , maybe for his birthday you could get him a calender with all important dates clearly marked .

It's kind of like playing chess [ relationships ], they make a move , you move , you try to block each other , then nobody moves . Or Checkmate .

I haven't played chess since I was about 9 years old , I don't have to now .

And to whoever said something about you can't live without mothers, I STRONGLY dissagree!! But, I have my reasons. Good ones at that, rather not discuss them on the forum though- lol.

Aside from that though I generally make him something he really likes for dinner, Biscuits and gravy tends to be the favorite 'round here. I think as long as you find a way to make it all about him, the money spent really isn't a issue

Sorrell, I feel your pain my friend. My wife (a marine biologist) called me to tell me that the over flow lost it sucktion and well, everthing got turned off until I got home. She has gotten me down to just my 10 and 15 gallon nano. I seem to remember when we were dating she thought it would be cool to put a shark tank in the middle of the living room. I now know this will not be happening wile she is still alive. I got to pick the date we got married, I was smart about it and chose July 3 so I could tie it to the holiday. As far as birthdays go, I do better with that then she does. Man I tell ya what, if she wasn't soo darn hot... MMMMMMM, oops, sorry I was just picturing her all naked and what not. Ok, thats it, I think I am going to go see what she doing right now. )

My dad thinks that tanks don't need water changes @ all. I was like are you crazy!!!! how do you suppose the fish poos go away??? an invisable catfish that loves to eat poo!!!! yuk!!

Tried to point out that water changes and filter cleaning is very important to our fishkeeping world!!!
