What Is Up With My Shark?

I have a 30 gallon tank with a common pleco, 5 tetras, a blue gourami, and a silvertip shark. He has been doing laps around the top of the tank for 3 hours now. At first I had a tinfoil barb in there and he was considerably larger, as well as an aggressor. He gave my shark and gourami problems, so I took him out and put him into another tank... I thought he was just scaring the shark, but he hasn't stopped since. Should I put him back, or will he continue being aggressive?

i am assume he is a Bala Shark? if that is the case he will grow too big for a 30gal and requires a group of atleast 6 (probably why he is doing laps around the tank) due to there large adult size very few can house them properly

The pleco will also outgrow your tank
