What is this on my shrimp

I just got these shrimp in the mail and idk what could be on this lil guy

Some sort of parasite is my guess. My shrimp colony live with Scutariella Japonica. It can be removed using salt dips, but with the number of shrimp I have, it's impossible to do in my tank. Your shrimp's parasite does look a tad different, though. I would fish them out and do a salt dip to see if it comes off.

I could use some help in identifying what this shrimp has attached to its antennula. I assume some type of parasite or worm?
