What Is My Wpg

I was wondering what my wpg is as i have the following tank

and it says for the lighting

Light System with electronic ballast and 2 x 18/20 W tube

Does this mean i have 36w/40w of lighting?
My tank is 27uk gallon/33us gallon so do i have either (for 36w) 1.33/1.12wpg (for 40w) 1.4/1.25wpg.

The wpg is taken on us gallons.
If you look on the end of your lighting strip it will give you the wattage. Most probably 18w each.

You've got the maths right. 1.25 WPG is what I would call it.
