Is my Betta too quiet?

This is the X-ray she did (she did another one, but I still do not know if she showed me during the consultation, so I will not upload for now):

As you can see, there is a "whitening thing" on the middle section of my Betta splendens backbone, indicating a vitamin deficiency (despite the fact that, as she said, it was not possible to take so good radiography). Today, the products Tropical Dafnia Vitaminized and Tropical Spirulina Super Forte arrived. If necessary, I can have a follow-up appointment, but I am monitoring and taking notes. I perceived some weird things on some of his fins, with a whitish thing on his tail fin, but it seems that this has disappeared. I know he is eating Poytara Betta, but it takes him a while to realize that the food exists, and only then will he eat. He is not as enthusiastic as before when he saw me several months ago...

He was in a "bucket-hospital" with a heater, because by doing this, I can take his faeces. Fortunately, I was able to do this, so I transferred it to the main tank. However, I am still doing the salt baths as prescribed.
