What Human Foods Can You Give To Tropical Fish?

I was thinking along the lines of carrots, cabbage?

prawns, chicken,

i fed my tiger barbs

turkey

chicken

lettuce

and hamburger meat... all finely broken up and cut and what not lol

but its not good to feed them JUST that stuff

you can give them this stuff once in a while for a treat but not every day

My plant lovers get a sample of my Brussel sprouts whenever I am eating them. I just peal off a few of the leaves and toss them into the tank. The rainbow cichlids especially will grab a leaf and try to hoard it while they eat it. It goes much faster than any other vegetable that I have fed them except duckweed. They will completely clean the surface of my 120 gallon tank of a thick layer of duckweed in about 2 weeks.
