So I recently treated Ich using the medicine+heat method. I treated for I believe 5 days straight and now I'm doing every other day for a few more days. I lost one of my clow loaches 2 weeks ago before I noticed the Ich outbreak. In the mean time of treatment, I lost 2 of my cherry barbs. So far the ich seems like its gone and I don't see any symptoms. However, I lost my second clown loach today.  Attached in the pictures, you can see him looking very pale. I guess I'm just at a loss for what to do next, and worried I'm going to continue to lose more fish.

How big is your tank, is it cycled and exactly what fish are in it? Have you tested the water at all and, if so, what were the last results?

65 gallon, it's been up and running for over a year. Up until 2 weeks ago, I never lost any fish. I've been hesitant to test the water since I started the medicine for Ich, would that mess with my results? If not, I'll go test it right now and post them.

Edit: oops sorry, missed the fish question. 2 angelfish, 2 black skirted tetras, 1 oto, 1 bolivan ram, 1 bala shark, 1 dwarf gourami, 1 tetra whos name I have forgotten.

Also try a high protein diet for a few days. I had an outbreak once and that's all I did was give live foods for a couple weeks and raise the temp and it was gone and haven't had a problem since. I had shrimp and snails so I didn't want to medicate. I caught it early though, only noticed on one cory and I didn't lose any fish.

Perfect, I'll post the results in a little! I usually do it every week or so but stopped once I started the medicine in fear that it would screw up the results.

So live blood worms? I did raise the temp, I recently brought it back down after a few days of it being high and the Ich looking like it was gone. During the time when I raised my temp is when I lost my two cherry barbs.

That's what I used, also brine shrimp. I probably wouldn't raise the temp again. You most likely got rid of the ich with the meds so now the protein diet would help with the fish's immune systems. Fish have a good immune system if they are healthy and can fight off most infections, including ich.

My levels are relatively off from when I last tested them about a week and a half ago

High Range pH: 7.4
Ammonia: Between 0-0.25
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: Between 80-160

I assume a water change is in order-- how much? I had done a 25% one everyday for the 5 days I was treating Ich and skipped a few days recently. Anything else I can do to get my levels back in order? Also, any reason why my clown loach looked so pale/ why I've lost a few fish lately? Thanks guys

mostly likely death from having ich---just water changes as necessary would help---lower the heat in about 4  or 5 more days--should be fine at that point---just got over an ich outbreak myself--lost 7 out of 12 fish---restocked yesterday

Your nitrates pretty high. If it does not go down after a water change do a 10-20% water change every other day. Also if the ich has not stopped, is your filter running activated carbon or charcoal? If so take it out or put in a sponge instead of the cartridge. The carbon removes the medication from the water so it becomes useless to dose more medication. Hope i helped!

I was actually pretty surprised myself when that number came out too. I'm pretty sure the Ich is gone, I didn't notice symptoms on any of the surviving fish. These are the filter pads I use: http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=10886328&lmdn=Fish+Filtration+%26amp%3B+Circulation&f=PAD%2FpsNotAvailInUS%2FNo -- 2 of them in my filter. Thanks, I'll start with the water changes and hope that helps!

Keep dosing for another day or two. I suggest the sponge as those do have carbon. I'm happy to help! any more questions, just ask!

Alright I'll do that, 25% water changes before the dosing for another few days as well then, right? Thankfully I just bought a new pack of sponges ;)

Yup! Looks like you have your week planned
