What Gar For A 35 Gallon?

in a word; None

Edit: your smallest true gar (shortnose i think?) will hit 2-3 feet and even the false gars like the Hujeta Gar which get to 14" will need 100G

I wish there was something like this, I was just thinking about a similar kind of fish for my 65 but cant find anything - but I wish there was kind of like something between hatchets and hujetas would be awesome. I bet there is somewhere in the wild but just not in the hobby.

ok just wondering because on the south american cichlid forum on my 35 gallon tank post you said maybe a small gar or something for a surface dweller.

In a 65G, assuming its around 4ft apollo sharks could work
