What Food Is Best?

Hi, I was just wondering what food you all use and what you all recommend using?

I'm currently using -

Hikari Cichlid Excel (Pellets)
Nutrafin max Spirulina Algae (Flakes)

Both of those are good.

I also use TetraPrima alot and fozen/live brine shrimp once or twice a week

I use a mix really, SERA Granugreen and Granured..... Some Doramin, and i put hikari algae wafers in for my sino's an plec but they seem to like that too..... btw mine are mbuna mainly

My mbuna always went crazy for brine shrimp, talk about a feeding frenzy. If you have mbuna and your lfs carries it, spriulina enhanced frozen brine shrimp is a great treat.

I use New Life Spectrum and Spurilina Flakes for my fish as well as frozen blood worms and brine shrimp

You shouldnt feed ur Cichlids blood worm

Doesnt it give them bad bloat?

They dont get fed a lot of it, they get it maybe once a week.

I still thought it was bad for them. Got told they couldnt Digest it, could be false though as I got told it by a LFS (A5 Aquatics)
