What Fish Will Live With Platys?

Turns out both of my platys are male, but I was told by the shop that it was one male and one female. This makes it a bit easier to get some other fish in the tank, I'm just wondering what fish can live with platys? I have a 64 litre tank and only 2 platys at the moment

I can say not much. Guppies are one fish you can keep. Pygmy corys, and panda cories

Is your water hard or soft?  Do you know your pH?

The ph is 7 but I'm not sure about the type of water I'm new to this lol

If you had hard water you would probably know from all the limescale deposits in your kettle!  
So it sounds like your water is good for pretty much anything.  Platies are a peaceful fish and they will live happily with most other peaceful community fish.
 
First think about if you want to get more platies or not.  I originally planned on getting a mixed community of platies and guppies for my tank but I fell in love with the platies and now I have a tank full of them!  I love watching the social interactions between them.  They seem so much more relaxed and behave much more naturally when they are with others of their own kind, you get to see behaviours that you wouldn't otherwise get to see with a mixed community.  I think the same probably applies to most other species of fish (aside from fighting fish!).
 
What sort of fish do you like?  Shoaling fish, colourful fish etc?

well as mentioned above they are very peaceful and can go with just about any peaceful community fish heres a short list:
corys
bettas
apple snails
plecos
guppies
mollys
swordtails
neon tetras
stripped danios etc

If your tank is a mature tank (older than 6 months) you could try otocinclus!

I really like the platys I have at the moment so I was thinking of a couple more. Plus another type of small fish. I just don't know which kind to get yet

If I had your water I would get harlequin rasboras - I love them but my water is too hard!
 
I would not consider plecos - even a bristlenose pleco is probably too big for a 64L tank - and not swordtails as they can interbreed with platies.  Endlers are another good small fish (males only).  Or a small species of cory.

Your best bet is to have a good look around your LFS and write down the names of anything you like the look of, then come back here and check they'll be okay before you buy

I have Platys and Danios in one tank and in my 260 ltr I have Paltys, Neon, Penguin and Glowlight Tetras. Harlequin Rasboras, Silver Cloud Minnows, Glass catfish and Pepper Corys. In total I have over 60 fish in this tank (all small) and they all get on well together.
My PH is 8.2.
