What Fish Is This?

I just recently grabbed some attractive looking fish at a random Local Store, for my 35 Gallon tank, it looks like a tetra but i dont know does anyone have any tips, for breeding or anything at all thanks!!!!!

That looks like a Black Neon (you could use the TFF search function to find out info on them, or use google (sorry, I dont know much about Tetras, or any Charcins for that matter))
