I currently have a fairly established community tank consisting of
2 x Common Plec's
3 x Angel Fish
3 x Silver Shark's
3 x Bronze Cory's
1 x Ruby Barb
1 x Spotted Catfish

Now im after gettin some new fish but i want them to be shoaling fish i was thinking about neons but i think they might be too small to have in the tank and might get eaten anyone know if this will happen ? also would it be ok to get some shrimps ?

it is currently a 70 ltr but im about to move into my new 130 ltr

Sounds overstocked from what iv read/been told so far at my short time on these forums.

Have you lost any fish?

nope i aint lost a fish for a long time and all the fish are happy and swimming freely

Thats about 18 gallons US up to about 35 gallons US, very very overstocked for both tanks. The problem is caused by only a few fish however.

Common plecos supposedly need 75 gallons minimum with a very wide tank, I personally find this to be too small for them.

The black sharks if Red Tailed Black Sharks should not be kept in groups and need 55 gallons minimum, if bala sharks they need at least two more and a tank over a hundred gallons.

Three fully grown angelfish will be very large for a 35 gallon tank unless you aren't keeping other fish, even then I wouldn't go with three. Maybe keep one with your other fish.

The spotted catfish could be any one of a number of fish, not all of which get large but some of which can easily reach a foot, have you got a better ID on this one? If it's a pictus cat, it will get much too large for your tank.

If you rehome your problem fish this should leave you with something more like:
1 X Angel
3 X Bronze Corys
1 X Ruby Barb

I'd up the corys to a group of 5, same for the barbs (the barbs will shoal) and increase these two groups to your liking rather than adding new species of fish. Neons are a food source of angels in the wild, so not such a good idea. Shrimps would likely get eaten as well. If you're a fan of plecos, there are several smaller species that could be kept in your tank, check out Planet Catfish and avoid commons and sailfins.

Sorry for some reason i put black sharks but it was meant to be silver sharks

Silver sharks are bala sharks then, they'll get much too large for your tank, best to rehome them.
