my friend has a large basement bedroom and like 3 fish tanks a 40 tall a 15 and a 10 there extermly well keept and he even helped me start my newst tank he knows what hes doing but the outher day he said that he might put a larg pond in the corner and put a siver areowana in it and it seems like a good idea and he has the money but wants feed back so what do you think

If its a large pond that will stay warm, its a great idea, the only downside being that your friend will not be able to see the aro as easily as he could via a glass tank

he needs to make sure and look into the extra moisture that will be around, get a dehumidifier or somthing. arowana's are jumpers, so gotta watch for that too.
