Mine are on a rotation.

Every single morning I give them TetraBetta flake foods
Then the afternoon foods are on a rotation.

Day 1 - A different flake food to TetraBetta
Day 2 - Freeze-Dried Bloodworm
Day 3 - Tablet Food
Day 4 - Algae Wafers
Day 5 - Frozen Daphina + Tubiflex

Nice variety I think!

Hey,

You should mainly feed them on fish flakes and add other foods to that diet...

Missy

I believe in a good varied diet like cfc, keeps them in tip top condition.

gold fish flakes
tropical flakes
tetra pond sticks
frozen bloodworms
frozen brimestrimp
frozen daphnia
frozen micro worms
frozen prawn
algae tablets
algae flakes
freeze dried bloodworms
freeze dried tubliex worms
flakes tetra veg mix
cabbage
sproats
peas
carrot
brown bread not often
sometimes chicken diced to small peices
like abit of tuna now and then.

Errm, no

It all depends on the fish. Predatory fish need more protein and more meaty foods (and a number just simply won't eat flake).

Mine get variations of:

Prawns
Cod
Frozen Bloodworm
Daphnia
Flakes
Sinking catfish pellets
Floating carnivore pellets
Algae wafers
Cucumber
Courgette
Live bloodworm
Live crickets
Live Daphnia
Live Glassworm
Any bugs I find in the house of an evening
Live river shrimp
Snails (for the puffers)

I think that's it. Looking to get down to some fish and cockle sheds soon to try and get some whitebait, mussels and various other seafood for the tanks.

I feed them:

Peas
Flakes
Frozen Brine Shrimp
Freeze Dried Bloodworms
Shrimp Pellets
Algea Wafers

Not a HUGE variety but the fish dont complain :)

catfish pellets
tetramin pellets
tropical flakes

2 or 3 times a week:
frozen bloodworm
frozen brineshrimp
freezedried bloodworms

i think i will try them on cucumber soon.

Be careful feeding bloodworms too often. They are extremely high in protein and difficult to digest. Too many can lead to constipation problems. I never feed those moe than once a week.

As for mine, they get flakes, shrimp pellets, crab bites, cichlid pallets, daphnia, mosquito larvae, bloodworms, brine shrimp and occasionally a algae wafer for the amano shrimp. I used to try veggies but none of them seemed to eat them so I quit messing with them.
