What Declorinator Do You All Use.

I hope you people using RO use 'R/O Right' or some kind of mineral replacement powder. RO can be very dangerous for organisms living in the water. It is so pure that it pulls the minerals out of the fish via osmotic regulation (Hypotonic, Hypertonic).

Declorinators have been tested before by some people and it has shown that Prime is one of the best. That is what I use.

If you use RO make sure that you add salts/minerals back into the water!
Don't worry Danno, I use minerals in my RO water for all my tanks.
I was just saying because i've seen what pure R/O can do to a Betta. There pigment fades to a white-ish/gray and they get lathargic and won't eat. It was a moreorless general statement. I didn't mean to be blunt :(

I use spring water for Chase. Always have. With his small tank, it's cheaper and easier than trying to measure out dechlorinator for 2 gallons of water.

But I bought some Stress Coat to use with my 5 gallon that I'm cycling.

Don't worry Danno, I didn't think you were being blunt at all. I'm glad you pointed it out as some people don't realise that you need to add minerals to RO water. ;)
