hello all.

i have some 9 little brown looking snails in my tank. petco said to get rid of them or they will take over. what are they? how did they get in there? get rid of them?

also i bought some tropical fish food and the fish dont eat a certain color flake. why? any recommendations on food sold at petco or petsmart?

Could you attach some pics? Probably pest snails. Did you get new live plants recently?

Most likely pond or bladder snails, but we will need pictures to make a proper ID.

As others have said... most likely pond/bladder snails that have come on plants or in the water that the fish were in
