Weird Single Eggs On My Driftwood

Found these while rearranging my cory tank today. They look like egg casings, but from what?

What fish do you have in the tank, do you just have corys or do you have snails and shrimp too.

I have snails and ghost shrimp. Didn't even think about the shrimp! Could it be?

I don't know what it can be maybe the shrimp

It can't be the snails for sure because the lay in one spot inside a jelly sac

I know what snail eggs look like and these aren't them. The shrimp are ghost shrimp, and as far as I know they don't lay eggs, correct? It's not cory eggs, so the only other thing it could've been is the red eye tetras.

New eggs! Same kind as on the driftwood, and in fact there are new ones on the driftwood, but here's a couple pretty good shots:

There's one on the right that's viable.

They are assasin "snail" eggs, so technically whelk eggs .

i would love assassin snails to mate in my tanks! they are expensive!

Well, for some reason several of the assassins in my 20g spend nearly all their time, erm, snuggling, and not much time eating ramshorns.
