Web Sites That Have Breeds And Info

Does any one know any web sites that have lots of breeds of fish with picks and care info, particularly for cichlids

I want to see the fish and know what kind of water they need/tank size/ compatibility with other fish/ size of fish ect

Species is technically correct. The word "breed" is used in animals where you are referring to variants of a species that are not physically similar, such as dogs. You could use, I suppose, use the word breed to apply to ballon rams and balloon mollies, where they are different in appearance.
 
You could use it to describe different guppies or platies, etc., although I personally prefer the term "colour morph".

I try to shy away from using any site that sells the fish but I've found liveaquaria.com to be a decent resource. I would say they are mostly accurate, enough to prevent conflicts such as invert compatibility and coral nipping.
