Yeah, I noticed a little belly on him a few days ago, but yesterday and today are just the worst, and now his eyes are bulging...

What do I do - if anything can even be done.

Note: he is the only one experiencing this problem (so far)

Need a bacterial med fast but not looking good, popeye with dropsy by the look of it, you could try an epson salt bath to help draw the fluids out.
