I'm starting to cycle my new tank, do I need to do all water tests that I have? My kit can do:

PH
High Range PH
Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate

No; start of testing ammonia, once you get reading here start testing Nitrite as well and then start testing Nitrate once you have Nitrite readings. Its a good idea to know you have a staple PH so test that every now and then.

I would also test your tap water once so you know your base readings.

I agree with piper; ph readings are not as important as finding out your ammonia, nitrites and nitrates of the tank when cycling it- ph is more important to know when you are choosing fish or already have them in the tank (its still important to test the ph every now and then especially if you have fish in the tank, as if something causes the ph to fluctuate a lot it can be very stressful for the fish).
How are you going about cycling the tank?
