I have a breeding tank for my endlers and have quite a few fry in their atm of different ages ranging from a few days to about 8 weeks.

most of them appear to be female although obviously i cant tell yet with the young ones. I've read somewhere that the temperature of the water can determin the sex of the fry. Does anyone have any experience of this and if so do I need a higher or lower temp for males.

I keep my endlers at about 76 and the fry are well mixed male to female ratio. Nice to see someone else from Derbyshire :D

It's pH, more then temperature. Higher pH gives you more females, lower pH gives you more males. I've noticed that most all of my fry come out males, and I have a 6.5 pH out of the tap. I made a thread, let me find it for you...
