hey guys :)

I need help with my water my tank has been set up with fish in for about a month now all the fish are find i do water changes once a week maybe once every two weeks at the max i don't leave it any longer wihtout doing a water change i have about 15 plants in the tank atm and they are all growing really well and fast, but i just gone to test my NITRITEs and its reading 0.3 :/ can someone tell me how i can get my Nitrite down to 0.0.

But i must say i feed my fish very single day because i feel bad if i miss a day without feeding them i think they will be hungry and going without i know it might sound silly :( could some one tell me how many times i should feed them a week.

My fish: I have two oscars 4inchs long, two silvr sharks and one firemouth :)

Thanks :)

Water change. Remove as much water as you can, just so that the fish can swim upright. Then refill with dechlorinated water. Repeat as necessary.

Make sure the water is temp matched...

i know i know i have a spair heater i use for water changes :)

How did it work out?

it worked out well thanks you iv got it down to 0 jut hope it stays that way. ammonia was at 0 in the 1st place
