You may of read we re homed jens betta at the weekend.
I expected a few water issues in the first week.
The filter was prob off for just under an hour, but was transported in tank water.
Have tested this morning the results are as follows
Ammo - 0.25
Nitrite - 0.5
Nitrate - 5
PH - 7.8
The tank is a 20L arc with a Aqua flow mini filter.
I treat with stress coat.
I have four live plants in the tank.
It is just mits ( betta ) and a ruby nitrite snail in.
My question is what size water changes do you suggest??? 25% or 50% ???
Is the tank starting to re cycle due to transit?
what else should i do?
