Water Changes

ok I have Hades in his 6.7gal tank with an elite mini filter on lowest setting. Do I still need to do 100% water changes the filter's been in there a couple of weeks now and I've been doing 50% changes twice a week can I just do 50% once a week nowit's filtered?

I have heard that doing constant 100% water changes stresses the fish out, if it's a filtered tank, then I think doing 20% or so water changes a few times a week would be good, that's what I do on all my tanks.

And also, I *think* if you do 100% water changes it also messes up the water parameters. But wait on that, someone might be able to tell you differently

I still do 100% water changes with Bill's little bowl, because if I did just 50%, wouldn't the water still be gross?

If you do 100% in a filtered tank you kill of the good bacteria that live in the filter. You need to clean the filter in the dirty tank water if needs must. If you have a small bowl 100% water changes are best in conditioned water.
