Water Changes For Fry

When should I start doing water changes, and cleaning the bottom of my fry tank?
I have read not to do any cleaning for the 1st 2 weeks, but I'm still not sure...

I just used some airline to pick up the crap from the bottom, its small enough not to get too many fry, but do it in a white or clear tub just incase

You can start almost immediately once the fry are free swimming. Until then you leave well enough alone and let your male deal with the fry.

I start the day after the male has been removed. Syphoning the bottom as best I can with air line into a clear jug as lilfishie said and then topping up with fresh water that is exactly the same temp (I float a bag of water in their tank so its the same temp)

when they are tiny I clean everyday gradually topping up the water. Its always very grubby as I use IAL when breeding

I have been using airline to the clean the bottom on the tank, and now I'm slowly adding more and more water each day
The fry seem to be coping well.
