Was My Pleco Lonely?!

My pleco has been in my QT for several weeks now, but still he had stress marks (like you can see in the photo below). But i just put 3 small discus in the tank with him (moving things around) and within 12 hours he went to his solid black with white dots! i have never seen him like that!! Not got a photo yet....but will soon

was there any cover for him to hide under in the Q tank?

Maybe the Discus are acting as 'dithers'. He can see them moving about so feels more secure that there aren't any predators around.

yeh he has loads of hiding places and wood etc etc. Sand base - everything he could have wanted! haha. But apparently even a pleco needs a friend!
