I would think that you're best off doing at the minimum a few water changes (20-30%) see if that improves it, if not do another. But I'm not an expert by any imagination...

Need a lot more information, could be a bacterial bloom.

What are your water parameters like (Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, ph)

Are you cycling you tank, if so how far are you?

Okay, Stress coat is a very good water conditioner and should be used every time you do a water change.

Stress Zyme is nothing but snake oil, and is worthless, and I would stop using it.

Also, I would not add bactozym either.

I would have a read in the beginners section about how to do a fishless cycle.

Here is the link: http://www.fishforums.net/index.php?showtopic=113861

I would change out all the water, add fresh water, and add the correct amount of Stress Coat.

And then, continue with a fishless cycle, described in the link I have provided.
