Nope. Saafend is on a different supply to London.

Anyhow, to keep my post on-topic...

The idea of putting the waste into a header tank for a toilet e.t.c is actually a good one and fairly plausible I would have thought I wouldn't use it for dish washers and/or washing machiens though, as every little increase in hardness will reduce your appliences life, courtesy of limescale...
