Videos On Youtube Wont Work

hey folks, keep trying to upload a video from my htc sensation to youtube, everytime i ulpoad it the screen on youtube is all blury, and another time i did it the video only had 2 seconds of footage when the original has about 1.5 minutes. tryed downloading google chrome and its still not working,
any ideas?
