thanks it worked today ... i dont know what happen.. wow as for water quality all i can say is that i tested it and its all seem fine only one i didnt test is the ph level as i dont have that one and im waitiing on someoen to come and check the filter as i cant figure out how to take it apart i tried and didnt suceed on removing hte tube from the canister as i got this second hand and was put togethr by some one and she was supposed to come this mth sometimes so hopefully she will send me email as i lost her email addy grrrrr im so pissed off if i dont hear from her soon ill have to go to big als and get someone to come and clean it for me and show me how to use it she tried but as it didnt need to be cleaned so its been this mth will be 3 mths at the 20th ... but its a cycled tank and i cant figure out why this break out started and i know im not over stocked and stuff so ... what can i say

i found her email addy and sent her msg to come and clean it for me and show me so hopefully it will cure any plms and debris im thinking its need to be clean though the water prameter is fine amonia 0 nitrites 0 and nitrats about 10 or so
so thats good sighn and water tem is at 80 but beenbrought down to 78
