Very Low Light Plants

I do not live in the UK actually. Maybe I can find it elsewhere.

I'm really confused(very stupid actually). Please don't get mad at me, but I can never understand this lighting stuff, when I'm sure it's not that hard. So, if I want 60 watts what would I order from there?

Well if you have a 60w light you could get the Arcadia Ultra Seal Light Control Unit Single 58W T8, if you have T8 bulbs that is. I'm pretty new to it all mate so i can sympathise with you..
Your best bet is to ask at an LFS as its easier to take it back if its the wrong size etc..

I just realized my lighting might be more than 20 watts. It only says on it:

Eclipse Natural Daylight
F17T8 HRC 24"

It doesn't tell me at all really, so I don't know.

It might say on the lighting balast. look all around where the lights are connected etc it should state.

I have around .6wpg as well and I can grow java moss, amazon sword, water sprite, dwarf hairgrass, and pgymy chain sword.

Wait, I'm a little confused. Am I just getting the bulb, or a whole system?

You need to get the whole system. Regular flourescent lights does not give you enough wattage. The links are to fixtures that use compact flourescents, which give you more light in a smaller space.
