Very Cloudy Water

I used a product, called "PROPER ph 7.0" to reduce the ph in the water. The water is extremely cloudy and you can hardly see into it.
The tank is cycled and I want to add fish within the next 2 days. How can I cleart up the cloudy water?

water changes! and make sure you have proper filtration.
