Velvet Medicine

I purchase velvet medicine from my local supplier. This is 30ml label less dropper bottle.
The liquid color is light blue just like copper sulfate solution. Smell like Formalin.And most
important when the medicine is used it makes a cloudy or smoke like appearance in water which disappear after few minutes.
Can anyone guess the ingredients if this medicine.

I wouldn't buy meds either with no label.
The med could be out of date.

Are the fish acting odd since adding the med.
