Uv Sterilizer

Hi, i a want a UV sterilizer for my 90L. which is the best stand alone unit? i have a flulval 205 filter and have seen inline sterilizer but would they be compatible?

Sorry if this is a stupid question but why do you need one? Most tanks should be fine without one.

I am under they have quite a few benefits, unfortunately only whilst the light is on which in the end causes a lot of energy to be used.
