Using Fish To Cycle?

Over in the UK the use of feeder fish in general does not supported by the majority of fish keepers. It is also a grey point from a legal aspect - there are laws that could be interpreted as against it ( there was good thread somewhere back at the start of the year about this but i cannot find it now ), but no case law yet exists to confirm if it would lead to a conviction.

This leads us to buying all fish to keep and they are not seen as disposable at all, which seems to vary from American opinions.
