Using Boiled Driftwood Water?

So today I boiled some driftwood, and I have the tea-stained black water left over. It is tap water, so if I conditioned it, could I use it for my fish tank?

If you have chlorine in the tap water, it will come out when the water is boiled.
If you have chloramine in the tap water, then use a dechlorinator to get rid of it. Then you can use it in the tank.

I’m not sure if I have either, should I condition it anyways?

If you are unsure, then you can contact your water supply company (via website or telephone) and ask them if you have chlorine or chloramine in the drinking water. You can also ask them what the GH, KH and pH of the water is. They have that info too.
