I have a fish missing flesh from the tip of its head and another fish with some white patches on its head but not body.

I went to the pet shop and said I think it's Columnaris and not white spot.

They have given me this anti bacterial but for Marine fish tanks...

I didn't even think to check so I've put the dosage in the tank, looked at the bottle and then realised it's for a reef tank not tropical...

This is the product
http://www.ntlabs.co.uk/products/Marine%3A-Anti%252dBacterial-Treatment.html

Since adding this product I've now noticed my fish with the missing flesh on the top of its head now has this white circle on one of its sides, like an ulcer and am now worried I'm going to loose the fish because of this poor knowledge from my fish shop,

I hope someone can help ASAP.

Does the package or bottle indicate what medication is actually in it? That would help. I could not find this info on their site.

Yeah it says

Contents:

Acriflavine 26.7 mg/100ml
Aminoacridine 26.7 mg/100ml
Formaldehyde 754 mg/100ml

I am not familiar with those medications... but for me... when I feel something is making things worse then it is a 100% water change.

100%?

Isn't that really dangerous for the fish, it will ruin my cycle won't it?

The water contains virtually no bacteria (it's mainly in your filter media), so no it should not do anything to your cycle. Make sure to temperature match & dechlorinate the new water.

Make sure the pH matches, pH shock can kill, If your tap pH is different to your tank by more than 1ph then do a 50% water change and add carbon to your filter this will remove the rest of the medication.
