Urgent - Does Filter Bacteria Die Off If The Temperature Drops?

It will only be without heat overnight, probably go down to 16 deg from 25 deg.
 
It shouldn't be an issue. Bacteria take a while to die off, also, the bacteria are the same for cold water and warm water tanks. Also the temperature change should occur slowly overnight, it wouldn't drop that much quickly so I think you should be ok. Are you having a problem with your heater?
 
As long as the filter remains running I dont think it should affect the bacteria too much, its the water flow rather than temperature that keeps the bacteria alive and for a short time I cant see it being a problem.
 
I've had problems with heaters in the 2 big tanks :( so have had to move one when the fish were transfered over. The filter media is moving too but can't do that til tomorrow now.
 
Yeah, it should be an issue as long as the filter remains on, the biggest thing is that you don't want the media to dry out.
