The last of my five Upside Down Catfish (Synodontis nigriventris) passed away last evening at fourteen years of age. I would like to share lessons learned with anyone who is interested in keeping these amazing fish.

that's an old fish, sorry for the loss. I would love to know how to take care of the eggs of synos!

Thanks. Mine never bred, even when living in an indoor pond. I was published about them and during researching, I located a breeder who told me he had to 'strip' the eggs. I do know this for certain, the fish is very sensitive to nitrates.
