Upgrading Tank

Hi

Going to be upgrading my 20 Gallon Tank to a 70 Gallon next friday, however i am wondering what is the best way to go about this?

1)Will i need to use some of the water from my 20 gallon in my new 70 gallon tank? I will be transgering the other filter into my new tank (300l filter) to help maintain bacteria while my new built in filter establishes

2) Or can i use completely new water (de-chlorinated of course) in my new tak, as it will have the old filter in any way?

Any other advice which i should know please tell me

this will be an interesting one.
i would used dechlorinated ,aged water in the new one
a bit of your old tank gravel will help too
