Update

Heres an update on my good ol saruman! He is doing awesome! I am so glad. He swims around normally and eats normally. When ever I go near the tank he is his normal self, coming to the side and saying hi and flareing up. He has the best personalty. The only difference since the accident is that his beautiful long flowing fins are not as beautiful, long and flowing anymore. They are shorter and a little ripped. It doesnt matter cause all that matters is that he is okay!

Good! The fins will heal eventually, It will just take alittle time.

Saruman is a survior! Hes a great little betta. But I was just wondering if what happend shortnd his normal life span?

Good to hear he is recovering!

The accident probably won't shorten his lifespan but he may be more delicate and suceptible to fin tears etc. now.
