I added a DIY CO2 System and some more fertilizers. I'm not sure what's going on with my Tropic Sunset and Primrose. :/ They are growing, but the Primrose has some strange colors. Last night it acted like a rose and closed up bringing all the leaves inward and up. If I had known where my camera was I would have gotten a shot. The Tropic sunset is growing but doesn't look right either. Any advice is welcome.

Yes, this is the same amazon sword. :) I just trimmed it up good and it has been recovering. :)

I do like the Amazon. I just wish I had been setup properly prior to getting it. I had no idea it needed the lighting, etc... that it does. :/

I'm slowly nursing it back to health and it is looking a lot better. :)

I'm hoping the Tropic sunset and primrose start to look better.

I caught the primrose doing it again tonight.

I don't get it. Anyone know why it is doing this? Not all are doing it either. :/

So that's what my plants are... hehehe... I bought some of those (Primrose) to put in my tank and completely forgot what they were called. lol :p Most plants actually "close up" at night. It's a normal plant thing. Even for non-aquatic plants. Just make sure that their roots are growing and they aren't rotting at the bottoms or loosing leaves. I got a bad bunch of them, and only two of the plants survived. :/ Yours look great! Keep up the good work.

I will say this much, this tank eats fertilizer like it's nothing. ;)

Over 3 boxes of Flourish tabs in this tank and I just ordered another one tonight. :( I'm dreading the 3 to 4 month change out when I need to add another 4 boxes.

But, they all are starting to look better. :)

On the amazon sword in the first pic, is that an otto on the leaf?
