Unusual Shots

Hi guys and gals.

I am in need of unusual pictures of bettas as i am designing a tattoo but need more ideas i dont want side views as like the other thread of betta pics majoroty of them are side views lol .

I am after shots from above, below and diagonal shots and if you have any close ups of there heads that would be brilliant .

I don't have any unusual ones of Duncan I'm afraid. These are stunning though. I have 7 tattoos myself at the moment, none of fish though. I'm curious, Where will you have it ( on your body ) and will you be getting one of just a single betta? Or will you have something like a traditional colourful japanese style sleeve but with bettas instead of carp? That would look amazing....

I am thinkin of havin it look like a japanese koi tattoo as they are all i ever seem to see so i thought i would add a twist to it lol have found a couple of designs on net of siamese fish tatts but i just dont like them so i thought would have a go myself lol
I will probably get it either on my arm or my upper back but not too big on my back probably where my shoulder blade is lol.

I'm really sorry to hear that he passed, he was one gorgeous Betta. How on earth did you manage to get shots like that?

Camera set on Auto, Macro, and flash used. It's how I take most of my pics, as I don't have the patience to read the manual. Camera is Canon Powershot A540...nothing very special! I love to take pics, but "instructions"drive me crazy, so I just do what feels right...I did crop and clarify using photoshop. The sparkly was Miki's natural state, although the flash seemed to intensify it.

What an awesome shot! my boys are too scared of the camera to let me that close to it! I went near sam with the camera and he almost flipped out his tank!
