Underrated Canister

A LOT of people on the review section of Cichlid-forum.com complain on what a pain the Eheim Pro II. The other complaint I hear a lot was the ugly green hoses  ... come on people... who cares what the hoses look like!?

Oh great, just what we need, another filter bashing thread...

Back to the OP, glad the Rena works for you - and thanks for the heads up - definitely one I will add to the list to look into.

And just in the Fluval's defense, without wanting anyone coming back at me like some sort of cheapskate unqualified poor person who doesn't deserve an opinion onless they own every filter in the world, my Fluvals all work brilliantly lol...

I still wouldn't spend full price on an Eheim if someone paid me to. Sorry, I got that wrong, I wouldn't spend full price on an Eheim unless someone paid me to....ack, what a cheapskate...(I am getting one or two second hand though - but for a tenner, so tell me the full price is worth it lol)...

Note I said I dont want the "everyone jump on Lisa for daring to say Fluval are ok" brigade jumping on me again. I'm merely saying mine are ok. If yours weren't that's a shame and you're entitled to your opinion. As I am mine. The end. No I mean it. I know you're itching to have a go and tell me I'm wrong, but please dont. I only said mine work!

You're wrong! Fluvals don't work for anyone! kidding... I was itching to be a prick...

TBH there's no difference between Eheim or Fluval any more, much a muchness, though personally, I find them cheaper to buy but they aren't as rugged.

Very hard post to understand. You say there is no difference, but you go on to say that Fluval is cheaper, but not as rugged so they are different...

What does much a muchness mean?
