Or is Clapham just an area in London, like Queens is a bourough of NYC?
spot on again clapham is just an area in london i think personally London is maybe one of the hardest to actually work out because although London is London as a place, because it is so large like N.Y it is also then split into its own seperate boroughs within so its almost like a different country all on its own lol IMO i think london needs to be subcatted differently if not all the boroughs then at least by north london south london etc just as its So big.

Brookside Garden Centre
Seven Mile Lane, East Peckham, Tonbridge, Kent

I'm completely lost here, I'm guessing Kent is the county, but why 2 city names? lookaround.gif And if I'm sorting things by city which city do I sort by?

 No wonder this is a fine example of u.k madness you are correct kent=county Tonbridge=Closest Postal town so postcode will start TN (tonbridge post code) East peckham=nearest town However and dont let this trick you east peckham and west peckham are nothing to do with peckham,London See aren't us brits the kings of confusion LOL

Just do it by county much easier to navigate and set up. Have a rule that reviews must have the name of shop-town-first 3 digits of postcode in the title. Most people know what there local postcodes are even if they haven't head of the town.

to make it easyier i would just do it by county but you could break the county down in to north south etc
regards scot :)

It might also be helpful to have a date next to the review, so that you know when it was last reviewed. Things can change over time for better or worse.

Thanks everyone for the help, though I must say US addresses are far easier.

I am dividing by county but thought having cities together would be easier for browsing as well.

Bobtastic, I am including the name of the reviewer as well as the date. When finished the index should look similar to the US one since I doing both of them. :hey:

I was also thinking that as we get new reviews, it might be a good idea to delete ones over 2 years old as shops can change drastically in a relatively small time period. If we get current multiple reviews for the same shop all of those would be listed, but I see no need to keep old ones. Does that sound good to you?
