Hi everyone,

Enclosed a fresh movie that reflects
the current situation after 6 months.

that has grown in nicely. The lighting is great! well done Globali :good:

‏Hi everyone,

‏A lot is going on here and the main issue is that I have decided
‏to build a new U R B A N LED NATURAL GROW (Prototype 02).

‏Just like the first one the new LED Light Fixture is also design
‏specially for planted aquarium and it is not an easy task.

‏The new LED Light Fixture will have different wavelength scale
‏that suppose 2B better for photosynthesis and as well will push
‏at least 3,000 clean luminous, I hope my friend will be able to
‏finish the building of the fixture within 60 days (both of us here
‏working+families and are trying to find spare time for the project).

‏On the same road of building 'prototype 02' we also have a huge
‏challenge in upgrading the hardware/software of the new LED fixture.

‏The plan is to run 'prototype 02' with 3,000 clean luminous for one
‏month and then add the old fixture that push 2,500 clean luminous
‏so in total the system will have 5,500 clean luminous aproximently.

‏Therefore I have decided to wait until 'prototype 02' will be ready and
‏then upload a comprehensive update (same go to the israeli forum,
‏update is uploaded at about 10 different forums simultaneously).

‏Please allow me to share few visuals that reflects the current situation.

U R B A N AQUASCAPING - we are 9 months from the initial setup.

nice photography and everything is looking healthy!

thanks for posting.

breath taking tank, really like the idea, amazing how DIY it is, its very artistic. I think this tank is very modern and more of a piece of art than a natural enviroment, but its awesome:)

Hi EveryOne, My first underwater film.

The set was made to prevent reflections.

The camera.

Waterproof Bag Case.

The experience was fun and I will try to do more underwater film.

I'm late to the game, but I love it. I'd change a few things, but it's completely my thing. Oliver Knott meets Grand Designs. :good:

Changes for me - Swap out the Pedulmn for a Moss ball.
Install a carpet - It's obvious, but would look great.
I reckon you've let the little ones stock it over the year - Swap out for a shoal of something + Corys and Shrimp...or few Zebra Plecs B-)

I'd also try something else, but wouldn't want to give secrets away...I might research it and PM you

The lighting in that tank is absolutly stunning. Some of these pictures remind me of some reef tank corals pictures. Very nice work with the camera. The overall look is very peaceful and easy on the eye, I love it. I totally understand your statement that this is not about the end result, but about the journey. And you seem to have liked it since you're already jumping into prototype #2 ;)

Great work, thanks for sharing this! :good:

Thank U very much SO19Firearms,

IMHO The 'pendulum ball' is more interesting relative to moss ball,
but coating part of the 'pendulum ball' with moss can be interesting,
I think of that but it's a huge challenge to do that task underwater
and it's not easy to find in Israel the appropriate moss for that task.

Green carpet is grate but I don't have at the moment enough light,
shoal is grate and lately I did acclimatize 20 Hyphessobrycon amandae.

... about the journey ... jumping into prototype #2

Thank U very much TheJ0kerrr,

Yes, life is just a journey and it's important to enjoy as much
as we can, there are challenges and obstacles along the way.

I hope that prototype 02 will arrive soon, it's hard task to build
the new LED fixture, according to the final sketch we are getting
3,800 clean lumens apx. I have to think comprehensively before
the building, I do hope that all will be well and OK for us here,
(prototype 01 supply 2,500 lumens apx.).

Beautiful tank

Thank U very much Xraymark

Please allow me to share the second underwater film.
