Two New Fish Today

Firstly this morning my new Betta was delivered. I've quickly fell in love. He's called Orlanda - firstly because I'm going there in September and secondly because he's very handsome just like Orlanda Bloom

Then this fine specimen came along, a Peppermint Plec, not sure of number, L031 or L176? I've been wanting one for a while but wasn't having much luck. Went to my LFS and had a look at their plecs but nothing really caught my eye and then just before I left I spotted this fella in with some Clown Loaches, the man had forgot all about him so hadn't mentioned him to me. Obviously I had to have him. Pics aren't good as batteries ran out when I was taking the Betta photo's but I'll get more soon.

Thanks Nelly, I'm quite amazed with the Plec. I expected it to go into the tank and hide, I didn't expect too see much of it at all. But its currently sitting right at the front of the tank, infact I feel like its sitting watching me. He's absolutely gorgeous.

Yup he's from Bankside, seen him and had to have him.

I do mean Orlando!! Poor boy, I'm getting his name wrong already.

Those pictures of your new fishes were great... I'm sure they're happy to have you as their owner.. Anyway, nice name for ORLANDO, who knows maybe he'll be the star in one of Hollywood's fish-themed movie... lol

No they aren't together. Orlando has his own wee 5G tank to himself and Polo is in my 47G with some tankmates.
