Two Females In Smallest Possible Tank?

well i really would like to get a female. i was browsing and saw a 2.5 that i thought i may get. im not aloud to have any more electricity running my mom says is there any kind of presurrized filter i could do?? i was wondering if 2.5 would be to small for two females if it is would 5g?? i probly wont need a filter because im going to plant this tank.

Your best off not keeping two female bettas in the same tank. A single female in 2.5 gallon will do well or else four or more in a larger tank ie 10 gallons. While females generally arnt as aggressive as males, they do get cranky and may fight. Of course, you could get lucky, or you could loose one or both fish due to stress. if you had three fish, two may gang up on the third where as four or more allows the aggression to be spread out among more fish and no one individual is likely to be continuously picked on.
 
Wouldn't you be better off not spending any money on more small tanks & saving up for suitable tanks for the fish you have already?
